Tottenham are on the verge of signing highly-rated Benfica striker Carlos Vinicius on loan with an option to buy. Benfica have already sold Ruben Dias to Manchester City for £65m – and it is understood uncertainty surrounding their finances has led them to consider cashing in on their star striker too.
