The Peoples Democratic Birthday celebration  on Saturday  mentioned  the Supreme Court must push apart the All Progressives Congress’ software  to review its judgment on the Zamfara  Tell governorship.
The PDP Nationwide Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan,  mentioned this in  an announcement after the celebration’s  assembly with severe stakeholders from Zamfara Tell in Abuja on Saturday.
He alleged that  the APC used to be plotting  to pressure  the apex court docket to review the case contrary to the already affirmed finality of the court docket’s  judgments.
Ologbondiyan mentioned, “We are  responsive to the efforts being made by  the brokers of the APC to blackmail and arm-twist the Supreme Court to commit a judicial summersault and give them judgment thru the support door.
“Nevertheless our celebration, the generality of Nigerians, and surely the justices of the Supreme Court know that the court docket has no option sooner than  them  but  to push apart the software.”
He added, “So, the inevitable destiny of the APC’s  software on Zamfara is to be pushed apart. It may per chance probably not have any life sooner than the Supreme Court. Attributable to this the Supreme Court had no industrial within the first situation reserving judgment on the topic.  If truth be told, all factors bordering  on  the review had been never reserved for judgment but pushed apart thanks to  the Supreme Court’s perception within the finality and infallibility of its own judgment.
“Our situation is that the Supreme Court must face up to the APC and abide by its own verdict of now not reviewing any judgment already delivered by it.”
