Kylie Jenner Once Said She Regrets Posting Sexy Photos of Herself Online; ‘I Get Really Weird About It’

It’s no secret that Kylie Jenner is pretty comfortable in her own skin. Over the years, the Kylie Cosmetics founder hasn’t been afraid to post sexy photos and even “thirst traps” on her Instagram page. While Jenner clearly doesn’t mind showing off her body online today, there was actually a time she felt “weird” sharing racy pictures of herself.

Kylie Jenner would ‘always regret’ posting sexy photos of herself

Unlike her sister Kim Kardashian West, Jenner hasn’t always been comfortable sharing scandalous snapshots of herself online, as the act of posting such photos once felt distasteful to her.

While speaking with Marie Claire as one the five cover girls for their May 2016 issue, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star revealed that she “always” regrets sharing sexy photos of herself.

“When I post sexy photos, I always regret it,” she told the outlet. “Like, Oh my God, everyone is seeing my body. I get really weird about it.”

Although Jenner didn’t take pleasure in posting the kind of photos that got her the most attention, it seems like she no longer minds sharing racy content on social media.

If you were to scroll through the makeup mogul’s Instagram feed, you would see that it includes plenty of sultry bikini and lingerie snapshots.

Just last week, Jenner shared a steamy shot of herself enjoying an outdoor shower while donning a skimpy pink bathing suit during her luxurious birthday getaway.

A few months prior, the makeup mogul posted a series of photos on Instagram wearing a long sleeve white bodysuit and white leather boots (sans pants).

Though Jenner might just be giving the people what they want to see by sharing racy photos of herself, it seems that she’s certainly embraced the sexy snap or, as some call it, the quintessential thirst trap.

Sharing personal nudes is where Kylie Jenner draws the line

Although Jenner clearly isn’t afraid to show some skin in the media, there’s one type of sexy photo she would never share online.

During a recent YouTube video, the makeup mogul sat down with BFFs Stassie Karanikolaou, Victoria Villarroel, and Yris Palmer to play a game of “Who’s Most Likely To…”

When asked who was most likely to have their nudes leaked, Jenner immediately stated that she doesn’t send provocative photos of herself to others. 

“I don’t send nudes,” she said.

Since it sounds like sending racy photos to a lover holds no interest to the reality star, it’s likely she’ll never have to deal with her nudes being leaked to the public.

But even if Jenner were to snap a scantily-clad selfie for fun, there’s a good chance that photo will never see the light of day as there are just some things in life she likes to keep private.

“There’s a really big part of my life that I don’t share online, and I feel like people think that just because I have a reality TV show and I’m on Snapchat for probably 10 minutes altogether throughout the day, that they know my life,” she told Adweek in 2016. “But I feel like everybody—every celebrity, at least—keeps a big part of their life super private. Like, I don’t show a lot of my relationships or my ups and downs. I’d never have a fight with someone [on Instagram].”
